One of the optional extras in Namibia was going in the 4x4 wheel drive across the sand dunes and driving along the ocean which was a wonderful experience It was something beyond the tour operator's control but the roads at times were very rough and bumpy and made me feel a bit queezy.

The accommodation in general exceeded my expectations. Too many hours inside the truck without air conditioning and with no two-way radio for communicating with the guide/driver. He knows many data around the itinerary but he lacked sharing his culture, being more human, and explaining about the actual status of racism in SouthAfrica, for instance.
