why us?

Experience counts. We didn’t just crop up yesterday. We’re proud to say that 2008 has been our 10th year for operating ANZAC tours. With real ‘bricks and mortar’ offices that you can visit in the UK and Australia, as well as a strong visibility in the local press, there’s a lot more to us than a website!
Being members of ABTA, you’ve no financial worry whatsoever in booking with us. It doesn't matter if you book in the UK, in Australia, in New Zealand or for that matter anywhere on the planet. Your hard earned cash is safe. If considering alternate companies, be sure to check they’re ABTA-bonded. No ABTA bonding could mean you’re heading nowhere!
As a part - Australian owned company, we also employ a lot of Australian and New Zealand staff, so we know 1st hand, what ANZAC day is all about. With professional local operations based in Istanbul, we inspect and vet all hotels used for ANZAC day, and part of our London team will be present at the Dawn service at Gallipoli too.
Our choice of ANZAC packages is unparalleled. We offer you three styles of tour (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to suit all budgets, as well as a diverse range of touring itineraries ranging from 3 days to 14 days. While specific inclusions vary by tour, a few definitely sets us apart: our traditional ANZAC eve BBQ, airport ‘meet & assist’ arrival transfers from both Istanbul airports, a cruise on the Bosphorus, English speaking tour leaders and modern, European standard, air conditioned transportation. No one does it better than us!

A responsible approach to tourism

on the go believe travel should be a rewarding experience for you, as well as for the local people we encounter and that preserving the natural state and beauty of the areas we pass through is essential. At all our destinations, we aim to ensure that the benefits of tourism reach the right places, by employing local tour leaders and frequenting where possible locally owned hotels, shops & eating establishments.
Responsible Travel 3 Stars - We are actively involved with a variety of organisations promoting better practise in tourism and have achieved a 3 star RT (Responsible Tourism) rating from Association of Independent Tour Operators (AITO).
Climate Care - Possibly the single most environmentally harmful impact of travel is the CO2 emissions from international flights. Climate Care offer the opportunity to offset the CO2 emissions from your international flights. Offsetting means paying someone to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere by the same amount that your activities add. In this way you can ‘neutralise’ or ‘balance’ the CO2 added by your activities. Climate Care offsets your CO2 by funding projects around the world including renewable energy, energy efficiency and forest restoration. We’re proud to be associated with Climate Care. Head to www.climatecare.org to find out more. You may buy your offsets directly with Climate Care or we can do so on your behalf when you book with us. more info
The Common War Graves Commission - In recognition of the effort the Commonwealth War Graves Commission undertakes at memorials as far afield as Gallipoli, Bita Paka and El Alamein, on the go is proud to make a donation to the Commonwealth War Graves Commission on your behalf for every ANZAC package booked. We invite you to peruse the website of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and encourage individuals to make their own personal bequest at www.cwgc.org.
