Thankyou for a fantastic holiday we thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the sights we had read about for years they were far better than could be gleaned from photos or TV documentaries. All the guides were so knowledgeable about almost anything to do with where we were and obviously very interested in seeing we learnt and awful lot and had a very good time as well. Apart from looking after 2 old fogies as if they were their own special relations.

We found Ryan to be excellent sales consultant. He listened to all of our requests and met each one of them. He revised our itinerary a number of times until we were happy with it. He altered our flights after they had been booked when we realised that we had made a mistake with the flight times. He did all this with the greatest of patience and understanding.
Mohammed El Said (Big Mo) impressed us with his knowledge of Cairo and the sites we visited. He is very much a gentleman and we felt very much at ease with him. The information that he gave us at each site was relevant, interesting and just the right amount. He made sure that we were happy with the amount of time we spent at each place of interest before moving onto the next. He was happy to answer all of our questions and we felt we learned an awful lot from him.
Ahmed Aboudy is a very pleasant and knowledgeable tour guide. He is very passionate about his subject and this was very apparent to us. He listened to what we had to say and, when he became aware of the things that interested us, he went out of his way to ensure that each tour was tailored to our requirements. For example, on three separate occasions he arranged for us to see things that are usually off limits to the general public and we felt very privileged to have seen them. He informed us of what we would see at each site and offered us alternatives so that we could decide what we wanted to see. We felt that this enabled us to get the very best out of our time in Luxor.
Gaser met us at the airport, was very friendly and approachable, and gave us lots of interesting information about Egypt and Cairo on the journey to the hotel. He contacted us several times during our stay in Egypt and kept close contact with our tour guides making sure that all our needs were met. When we flew to Aswan for the next part of our holiday he met us at 2am to escort us to the airport. We did not expect him to do this and were very impressed with his exceptional dedication to service. On our return to the UK we flew from Sharm EL Sheik to Manchester via Cairo. Gaser met us, once again, in the early hours of the morning. As this was a connecting flight we were very surprised that he did this. Nothing was too much trouble for him and, as a direct result, we would definitely recommend on the go tours to others.
Overall we felt our travel experience and overall level of satisfaction with On the go was excellent.

We had a wonderful holiday in Egypt and found the tour was very well organised by on the go. Our tour guide Sherrif is one of the best tour leaders we have ever met. He seemed to go the extra mile to make sure people had a good experience in Egypt. We would like to send a special thanks to Sherrif who made sure we had a good tenth wedding anniversary on our last night in Cairo. He is a wonderful person and a fabulous tour leader.

well long overdue but here goes.
THE TOUR WAS AWESOME.
Highlights would include - first sighting of the Pyramids, Abu Simbel, Light and Sound Show @ Pyramids, Amro our Tour Guide.
What a great group of people, Amro was just the best, we couldn't have asked for a better tour leader. We were met at Cairo airport and everything ran smoothly from there. Nothing was ever to much trouble for our Egyptian friends.
Rob & Renee got engaged at the panorama view at the Pyramids which made that day all the more special, then we left for the Desert. The crew were so happy for them that unknown to our party they had purchased a chocolate cake (Renee loves chocolate) and brought it out to the camp site at the White Desert where we had a Bedouin Engagement party for the two of them. The gesture was just lovely.
Mohammed, Amro and Jimmy kept us amused over 1500 very long kilometres in the back of the Landcruiser Troop carrier (cushions would be great boy were our bums sore), we learnt a lot about Egyptian music and in turn we taught them about bad singers from Australia stuck in a Landcruiser (tell everyone to take iPods they have the attachments for the car radios). Jimmy even got us bogged once or twice and we had to push the cruiser out - gave him hell for that one.
We missed Amro once we departed ways in Luxor for Dahab, but Waleed was wonderful. We now have lots of wonderful friends from our trip (Guides and Tour Leaders included) that we now keep in contact with via Facebook. Invitations to visit new friends all over the world also which is just wonderful.
Jordan was spectacular - the Dead Sea a particular highlight along with a HUGE day at Petra, Rami was very knowledgeable, not quite the bond that we managed to forge with our Egyptian family but the time was much more restricted which probably explained it.
Your help in the lead up to our tour was also above and beyond the call and only made our trip that much better. We never had to worry about a thing
All in all a great time was had, we have come home with wonderful memories, thousands of photos and a burning desire to do it all again. We would recommend your company to anyone who will listen and will certainly use you again when we next head on an adventure.

Thanks again for all your help in arranging our trip to Egypt. Jo & I had a great time, and it all still seems a bit surreal that we were actually there!
On The Go were fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough about them and would
definitely travel with them again if I was to do a tour. We were a bit
nervous before we left as we didn’t know anything about OTG, and didn’t know anyone who had used them before. When we got off the plane in Cairo, we were met by one of their reps who escorted us through customs/immigration etc which was fantastic as would have been a nightmare trying to figure it all out without him!
On the way to our hotel we were given a lot of information, which included
some extra tours and upgrades we could do, and we immediately booked in the next day for the Cairo Tour and the Egyptian Museum, as it covered
everything we had been going to attempt on our own.
All hotels throughout the trip were excellent, and the OTG guides and reps
were always making sure everything was ok with each place.
We had a constant guide with us throughout the trip until Luxor (Bishoy – he was great, can’t speak highly enough about him!) and every town we arrived at we were met by local OTG reps to ensure everything was ok. We then had a new guide in Dahab and our return trip to Cairo (Waleed – also great!).

Just letting you know my King Ramses tour was absolutely fantastic - I loved the whole tour, it was very well organised and the tour leaders over there are brilliant. I only wish i got to stay longer in Dahab, I could've easily spent another week there. We spent way too much money being taken by those adorable Bedouin girls - guess they can spot a soft target from a mile away!

Hi there, just wanted to say that the trip we recently booked (Pharoah's adventure) to Egypt was absolutely fabulous! While the trip got off to a rough start (not met at the airport) due to the fact that van used for transfers broke down, we we're duly compensated (upgrade to sleeper train) so that we could get a good night's sleep the very next night and all was well form then on. The tour group was super and made every effort to be accommodating and pleasant
and we had a wonderful time. The agenda was jam packed with stuff to do and we we're able to see everything we wanted and felt safe at all times. On The Go was very organized and we were always told well in advance what was coming next and whom we would be with as well as where to meet.
Just had to let you know that we were very happy with the service you provided and will recommend you to our friends.

I just returned from an "on the go" tour of Egypt. My friend and I booked the Jewel of the Nile trip for 3 April-12 April, 2009. This was a fabulous trip. It was completely worry free as our tour representative, Ahmed, and tour guide, Big Mo, did all the work for us. Being picked up and dropped off at the airport was a great beginning and end to our trip. We really appreciated that this was included in the price of our tour and I applaud you for providing this service. All the accommodations were of a very high quality and even the sleeper train toilets didn't dampen my spirits! :) Big Mo, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, professional, and considerate and it was incredible to have our own personal guide traveling with us. We literally didn't have to worry about anything.
This was probably one of the best tours I have ever been on. Egypt is a captivating country and all the extra touches that your company provided allowed us to enjoy the trip to the fullest. I have been recommending this tour and your company to all my friends and several of them have already decided to book their next trip with you. Thank you very much for the brilliant Holiday to Egypt with my wife and two daughters (12 and 14 years) from the 27th of March to the 10th of April 2009. The combination of exploring the history of Egypt with a guide in combination with a week on the beach, diving and sun bathing was excellent. Thanks to Charlie Bridger for organising the trip and to the reps Mina(Cairo), Mohamed (Aswan), Achmed (Luxor) and another Mohamed in Hurghada our holiday was very organised and we felt very special. The tour guide Mohamed Alam made the trip even more special and became part of our family, very knowledgable guy and did absolutely everything to make our holiday one never to forget. If we would go again, he's the one to get!

Just finished a King Ramses tour of Egypt a week and a half ago and had the time of my life! Exploring Egypt was a dream come true and On The Go Tours did a fantastic job at making it happen.
They take you everywhere from the typical tourist locations to the viewpoints and sights only the local know about which will stay with you forever. All the crew members are so helpful and will go more than out of their way to help you with anything.
I have especially commend our tour guide Waleed who was the best!! He made our trip to Egypt so much more. We were priviledged to be shown such a wonderful country by such a knowledgable and caring man.
On The Go brings people together from all walks of life and by day 2 or 3 of your tour everyone becomes so close it's hard to say goodbye when it's over.

we had an absolute blast! the tour was fantastic!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to suggest that you should mention to people that if you choose the sleeper cabin option on the train you get dinner and breakfast included. the sleep cabin was unreal! the best experience we have ever had. It was extremely clean, and each carriage had its own butler.
the hotels everywhere we went were unbelievable. the hotel in luxor was on the nile, and almost everyone on our tour had views of the nile. We all couldn't believe our luck.

Mr. Partner, Mr. John Russell, and I recently booked a tour with On The Go Tours We are Australian Citizens, however we currently reside in Malawi, (where we are senior managers for Wilderness Safaris).
I would like to say from the outset that we both had reservations about joining a group tour. As a general rule our preference is to make our own arrangements and travel on our own however time for research and our limited knowledge of Egypt determined otherwise.
I digress for a moment to inform you that I have held senior management positions in the hospitality and tourism industry for over twenty years, both within Australia and internationally. My partner has run a very successful business for over 40 years.
We arrived in Cairo and we were greeted by Shaggy who in a matter in minutes obtained our visas and had us comfortably seated in our transfer vehicle. A pleasant and informative trip to our hotel, The Oasis, and within half an hour we were registered and taken to our rooms. Our "Meet and Greet" set the tone for the entire trip.
For the duration of our tour we experienced nothing but exceptional and consummate professionalism. Timing, flexibility, accommodation, transport, meals and information were all excellent and far surpassed our expectations. By far though the star of our trip was Said Attia Said. It is primarily because of Said that we have, and will continue to recommend your company to friends, family and colleagues. His passion, humor, knowledge, concern for the group's well being, attention to detail and willingness to "go the extra mile" has meant that we are now ambassadors of On the Go Tours. In addition, as a hospitality professional, I recognized Said's genuine commitment and loyalty to On The Go Tours, certainly an extremely valuable asset in any organization.

My mom and I just returned from Kind Tutankamen tour 13-23 Feb. Sheriff was our tour guide and I just have to mention that he was fantastic. He was very passionate about his country, incredibly knowledgeable about the old and new, and put all of this together with a wonderful sense of humour. I will admit that all the other guides (Saeed accompanied us on the cruise) and representatives we came across along the way were great too.
I must compliment On the Go - I cannot fault any aspect of the tour – be it arrivals/departure, itinerary, accommodation, food, transport. What a pleasure to not have to worry about any of the details.
I will definitely recommend On the Go, and would love to participate in any of your other tours in the future.

We recently did the Jewel of the Nile tour in Egypt. It was one of the best
travel experiences we have had! We are a young couple, and were worried the
group would be full of mature people, but it was a perfect mix of old and
young.
Our tour leader 'Big Mo' was really informative and made it a fun and highly
enjoyable experience. Thanks On The Go! We will defiantly return for another
tour!

Our trip was absolutely WONDERFUL!!
Honestly, I got a little nervous as the plane approached Cairo since all our
arrangements had been via the internet and emails, other than the one or two
quick phone calls. I was trusting that On the Go Tours was not a "shady"
company.
My fears were allayed when Mena showed up at our arrival gate with his "On
the Go Tours" sign held high!! He was so helpful....getting our visas at the airport....going through immigration....going through customs....and getting us to our hotel for the night. (we had been flying about 14 hours and were tired).
We met Mohamed Alam the next morning. Our first day was fine, but I think
it took Mohamed most of that day to realize that we were the kind of tourist
who like to take their time looking at details at all the sites....not the
kind who rush through everything. By the second day, everything went fine.
I, honestly, didn't expect the same guide the entire trip; I assumed we
might have a different guide at each part of the trip. Mohamed took care of
EVERYTHING for us....admission tickets, suggestions for meals, train
tickets, showed us to our train cabins.... We all got misty eyed on the
last day when we had to say good bye; we felt like he was a part of our
family after just a few days.
We usually plan and organize our own trips, and so, we have never felt so
pampered in all our lives...
The Zayed Hotel in Cairo was small and thus quaint. We were taken care of
well there. The Pyramid Isis in Luxor was absolutely gorgeous and luxurious for our tastes...and we truly enjoyed it.
I cannot say enough good things about you and all the staff members at On
the Go Tours. You have my permission to use any or part of these comments
on your website as "testimonials" about your services. I will also be
posting my comments to "http://www.tripadvisor.com www.tripadvisor.com so others can feel comfortable using your services. When we plan a trip elsewhere that your company has contacts, you will be our first company to contact.
By the way, when we arrived home, we had a brochure in our mail from
National Geographic for a very similar trip to Egypt....their cost was over
$6000 per person!! That did include 3 meals most days...but NO
international airfare. We felt so blessed to have had such a wonderful trip
for such an affordable price compared to National Geographic!
