Day 1: Cairo

Welcome to Egypt and the start of your holiday. We will be there to meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 2: Cairo

Today we will take you to visit the famous pyramids and lion-headed Sphinx at Giza Plateau which are the sole survivors from the ancient Greek-listed Seven Wonders of the World. Next we transfer over to explore the necropolis of Saqqara considered to be Egypt's most enduring architectural legacy. In the later afternoon enjoy a visit to the Egypt Museum and perhaps you can have dinner at the Hyatt Roof top restaurant?

Day 3: Cairo - Aswan

This morning fly to the not to be missed sunrise over the Temple of Abu Simbel - its an early flight! Abu Simbel is one of the greatest Egyptian monuments ever built which you see first hand with guided tour and free time. We fly to Aswan for around noon and embark your cruise for lunch. Enjoy a later afternoon visit to Philae temple and a sail on the river in a felucca. Dinner & Evening entertainment on board in Aswan.

Day 4: Aswan - Nile Cruising

Relax on the sun deck and enjoy the spectacular views and great facilities and service on board as the cruiser plies its course. Today you will disembark for a visit to The Temple of Kom Ombo which is dedicated to two gods, Sobek the crocodile God and Harveris the Sun God. Lunch, Dinner & Evening entertainment on board docked in Kom Ombo or Edfu.

Day 5: Nile Cruising - Luxor

This morning a visit to Edfu one of Egypt's best preserved temples then after passing through the Esna Lock we will reach Luxor - Egypt's open air museum. After lunch a visit to the complex of temples at Karnak and when dusk draws near this evening enjoy an excursion of the beautiful Luxor Temple illuminated at night time it's ripe with photo opportunities. Dinner & Evening entertainment on board docked in Luxor.

Valley of the Kings

Day 6: Luxor - El Gouna

Today the massive pair of statues known as the Colossi of Memnon are the first monuments we will see as we arrive on the West Bank for an exciting guided tour in the morning. We then proceed to visit the Valleys of the Kings and Queens and the imposing colonnaded temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Enjoy time for lunch in town we then transfer you to El Gouna around a 5 hr drive through the desert.

Days 7-11: El Gouna

Open your eyes this morning and take a peek out the window to the magical blue of the Red Sea. Sit back and relax by the pool sipping cocktails and soaking up the sun. Here you opt to go snorkelling or diving to view the amazing array of aquatic life in the nearby reefs for your remaining days in Egypt.

Day 12: El Gouna - Cairo

Today we transfer you to the airport in Hurghada in time for your flight to Cairo. Arrive Cairo and enjoy a tour of Old Cairo to visit the old Coptic suspended Church and city of the dead, the oldest Synagogue of Ben Ezra, drive to the Citadel of Saladin, and visit the alabaster mosque of Mohammed Ali and ending with a visit to Cairo's oldest markets Khan El Khalili.

Day 13: Cairo

We bid you farewell with a transfer to the airport in time for your flight home.
