Day 1: Luxor - Aswan
Welcome to Luxor. On arrival with your easy jet direct flight from Gatwick we will meet you and transfer you to Aswan (4 hours) Check into your hotel.
Day 2: Aswan
This morning we embark a felucca to go sailing to visit some nearby islands such as Elephantine. Disembarking on the west bank enjoy a hike up hill to Simeon's monastery then camel trek and visit to the tombs of the Nobles your felucca will waiting to collect you and sail back to Aswan. This evening enjoy a guided walking tour of the souqs.
Day 3: Aswan - Lake Nasser
This morning we fly to Abu Simbel, possibly the most awe-inspiring temple of all ancient Egypt, built to revere the mighty King Ramses II. Here we board our 5 star cruiser for lunch on board. Enjoy a guided tour of the site and evening a spectacular sound and light show at Abu Simbel before dinner by candle light on board.
Day 4: Lake Nasser
Today we set sail on Lake Nasser, to view Kasr Ibrim. This tour is conducted from the ship’s sundeck as entrance to the site is not permitted. Relax and enjoy the facilities onboard the cruiser.
Day 5: Lake Nasser
Enjoy sailing today making stops to discover the Temple of Amada (Lake Nasser’s oldest monument) and Derr, dedicated by Ramses II. We’ll stop at the Tomb of Penout (Viceroy of Nubia), Wadi El Seboua, the Temple of Dakka and the Temple of Meharakka. we cross the Tropic of Cancer, bound for the Nubian city of Aswan, visiting Kalabsha Temple, Beit El Wali and the Kiosk of Kertassi en-route.
Day 6: Lake Nasser - Aswan
Welcome to Aswan! After breakfast we disembark and enjoy a trip to the Philae temple, High Dam and Nubian Museum.
Days 8-14: Marsa Alam
Open your eyes this morning and take a peek out the window to the magical blue of the Red Sea. Sit back and relax by the pool sipping cocktails and soaking up the sun. Here you opt to go snorkelling or diving to view the amazing array of aquatic life in the nearby reefs.
Day 15: Marsa Alam
Today we will transfer you to Luxor airport in time for your Easy Jet Flight home.
