Day 1: Bangalore - Mysore
Namaste! Welcome to India. We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to about 3 hours to Mysore, on the way we will visit Srirangapattanam. Here you check into your hotel and enjoy free time.
Day 2: Mysore
Excursion to visit Monk Pema at Sera Ja Monastery (90 Kms: takes approx. 02 hrs 30 mins - 01 way).
Day 3: Mysore
Today you will have a sightseeing tour of Mysore. You will visit Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hill & Devraja fruit vegetable market. Then we will also visit Butterfly park at Karanj Lake, Kushalaagar Tinetan Settlements, Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery.
Day 5: Mysore - Nagerhole NP
Today we travel about 3 hours to Nagarhole. Upon arrival you will check into your hotel. Later you enjoy your first afternoon game drive.
Day 7: Nagerhole NP - Ooty
Today we have about a 4 hour drive to Ooty. The rest of the day at leisure.
Day 8: Ooty - Coonoor
Today we transfer you to the train station for your Toy Train ride to Coonor (1500/1615 hrs in Normal chair car). Upon arrival we collect you from the station and transfer you to your hotel for check in.
Day 9: Coonoor
Today we transfer you about 5 hours to Guruvayoor, enroute visit Malampuzha Garden at Pallakad. Overnight Guruvayoor (Overnight - Sopanam Heritage)
Day 10: - Alleppey
This morning we visit the elephant camp before making our way to Alleppey. This morning we journey by road where you’ll board a traditional Keralan rice boat for a journey through the backwaters in and around Allapuzha (Alleppey). The boat will cross shallow, palm-fringed lakes and cruise along peaceful canals where copra and cashews are loaded onto local boats. The on-board cook will prepare locally-inspired food.
Day 11: Alleppey - Kumarakom
Disembark from the houseboat, and we make out way to Kumarakom. Free afternoon.
Day 16: Kochi
This commercial city, also called “The Queen of the Arabian Sea” is famous for its exquisite designer Gold Jewelry. Today we enjoy a full day sightseeing - Synagogue, Dutch Palace & St. Francis Church.
