Day 1: Delhi
Welcome to India! On arrival in Delhi we will be there to greet you and transfer you to the comforts of your hotel.
Day 2: Delhi - Jaipur
This morning we transfer to the train station for the express journey to Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur we will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After a short rest we will enjoy a half day city tour of Jaipur including the City Palance and Jantar Mantar, an ancient observatory.
Day 3: Jaipur - Jodhpur
This morning we enjoy an elephant ride* to the impressive Amber Fort. After some free time this afternoon we transfer to the train station for the journey to Jodhpur, where we transfer to the hotel tonight.
Day 4: Jodhpur - Osian
This morning we take a visit to Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. From here we drive to Osian and transfer to the Camel camp here! This evenings activities include a Camel Safari through the beautiful landscape.
Day 5: Osian - Delhi
Today is spent at leisure in the beautiful surrounds at Osian. This evening we transfer back to Jodhpur for the express sleeper train back to Delhi.
Day 6: Delhi - Darjeeling
On arrival this morning we will transfer to a hotel for lobby use and breakfast (paid locally).Shortly after we transfer to the Delhi airport for our flights to Bagdora. Upon arrival in Bagdora we transfer to Darjeeling. Rest of the day is yours at leisure.
Day 7: Darjeeling
Tea! It's what Darjeeling is most reknowned for - and today we visit a local tea estate to see just how it is done around here! We also enjoy city sightseeing later today.
Day 8: Darjeeling
Today we enjoy a morning drive to Tiger Hill to catch sunrise over the snowy peaks of Kanchenjunga - the world's 3rd highest mountain. Later today we visit the Ghoom Gompa Monastery.
Day 9: Darjeeling
Today we transfer to Bagdogra airport for the return flight to Delhi. On arrival we will transfer you to your accommodation for your onward journeys, and bid you farewell.
