Day 1: Delhi

Welcome to India and the start of your holiday! Arrive Delhi, included transfer to hotel.

Day 2: Delhi

We’ll then enjoy a half day morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi including a richshaw ride, a visit to the Red Fort (closed Mondays0, Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 3: Delhi

We’ll then enjoy a half day morning sightseeing tour of New Delhi including visits to Qutub Minar, Humayuns Tomb and Lutyen Building as well as Bahai Temple. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 4: Delhi - Jaipur

Today, we drive to Jaipur. Affectionately known as the Pink City as Maharaja Ram Singh had all of the Old City painted a welcoming pink in 1876 to herald a visit by the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII), it is also the bustling capital of the state of Rajasthan. En route to Jaipur we stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri, former imperial capital of the great Mughal emperor Akbar. Built between 1569 and 1585, it has been deserted for more than four centuries, by all accounts abandoned in 1600 due to a meagre supply of water.

Day 5: Jaipur

Early today, we travel beyond Jaipur to the stunning 16th century Amber Fort - a sprawling Rajput concoction which hugs the hill on which it was built and overlooks the hot plains below. We enjoy a stately elephant ride (Subject to Government regulations & availability) to the fort proper and tour the fort’s well-preserved interior and grounds. Back in Jaipur, enjoy a tour of the City Palace and Jantar Mantar - an old yet cleverly designed space observatory.

Day 6: Jaipur - Agra

We drive to Agra today to enjoy a day at leisure with vehicle within the city limits.

Day 7: Agra

In Agra, we visit the legendary Taj Mahal (closed Fridays) for sunrise. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in loving memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz, who tragically died in childbirth in 1631, the Taj Mahal in Agra is described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love and remains one of India’s most enduring symbols. Later, we visit the impressive Agra Fort.

Day 8: Agra - Pune

Today, we drive back to Delhi to catch our flight to Pune, where you will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 9: Pune

We enjoy a half day tour in Pune including visits to the Parvanti Temple, Shanivar Wada Raj Kelker Museum.

Day 10: Pune

We drive to Panchgani today and enjoy the afternoon at leisure without vehicle. OVERNIGHT PANCHGANI - THE MILLENIUM PARK (Super Deluxe)

Day 11:

Day at leisure with vehicle within city limits. OVERNIGHT PANCHGANI - THE MILLENIUM PARK (Super Deluxe)

Day 12: - Pune

Drive to Pune with free time without vehicle.

Day 13: Pune

Day at leisure without vehicle.

Day 14: Pune

Departure transfer to the airport.
