Welcome to Damascus and the start of your middle east adventure, we will be there to meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
Damascus is believed to be the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world! Enjoy a full day’s touring of the city’s historic heart, including the Ottoman Azem Palace, the tomb of Saladin and the Grand Mosque Umayyad Mosque. Today we drive to ancient Palmyra. The politically important, extremely affluent, 2nd century BC ruinous town is located on the caravan trade routes connecting Persia, India, China and the Roman Empire. Full day tour including We tour the preserved theatre, fascinating museum, the striking Ba’al temple and the Valley of Tombs. Overnight Palmyra.
Today we travel to the remarkably beautiful and extremely well preserved crusader castle of Krac des Chevaliers that T.E. Lawrence simply called it ‘the finest castle in the world’. After an in depth tour we visit the small, richly historic and biblical village of Ma’alula. The predominantly Christian village with a population of about 2,000, still speak Aramaic – the language of Jesus. Return to Damascus by sundown.
Bidding Damascus farewell, we travel south to Bosra, a city of the ancient Roman Decapolis, which boasts possibly the best preserved Roman theatre in the Middle East. Leaving Bosra, we continue south to the frontier, where we attend to customs formalities and cross back over into Jordan and drive onward to Amman. Arrive your hotel and evening at leisure.
9:00 am Sharp your car will be ready at reception and our rep will give you a briefing on the upcoming arrangements we have booked. Today we would recommend you to visit Amman Citadel, Colosseum then drive to visit Jerash and Umm Qais return later evening to Amman.
Today we recommend you to drive to Azraq make stops along the way to visit Aljoun and the Desert castles.
Enjoy a morning in the reserve. Drive yourself to Petra we would recommend to stop in Madaba for a visit to St Georges Church and Lunch at the famous Jaret El Joudna restaurant in town. Time permitting you could visit Karak Castle though having visited Krak in Syria nothing will top it.

We suggest to drive to the sacred entrance and hike Petra from a different perspective. Later drive your self to Wadi Rum and our remote desert camp.
Morning enjoy a 4x4 excursion to the simply stunning landscape. Around noon drive yourself to Dana NP for an afternoon hiking in the area and check in to your camp.
Enjoy a day to hike in one of Jordan's most ecologically diverse regions. Later at your discretion drive yourself to the Dead Sea. (We recommend to visit Jesus Christ's baptism site on the Jordan nearby (20 mins drive) today or tomorrow)
