Day 1: Shanghai
Welcome to China and the start of your holiday! Enjoy an arrival transfer to our hotel, where you can sit back and relax after your long flight. Overnight - The Bund hotel Shanghai
Day 4: Shanghai - Yangtze & Three Gorges
Today we transfer you to the airport for your flight to Yichang. Upon arrival you will be met and later after dinner you check into your Yangtze River Cruise.
Day 5: Yangtze & Three Gorges
Good morning from the River Yangtze! At 6340km in length, the Yangtze is the 3rd longest river in the world, neatly dividing China into north and south, and wending its way through eight very different provinces. Enjoy spectacular vistas passing through all of the famous Gorges Qutangxia Gorge, Wuxia Gorge, Xiling Gorge on your way to Chongqing.
Day 8: Yangtze & Three Gorges - Chengdu
Today marks the end of your cruise, upon arrival in to Chongqing. We collect you and transfer you to the train station for your train to Chengdu. Upon arrival we enjoy sightseeing that includes Wu Hou Temple, Jinli Old Street, and Morals Village.
Day 9: Chengdu
After breakfast you will venture to the Panda Centre. Located just 10km (6miles) away from downtown Chengdu, the Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Centre has been created and imitates the pandas' natural habitat in order that they might have the best possible environment for rearing and breeding. We also visit the Sanxindui museum in Guanghan today.
Day 10: Chengdu - Jiuzhaigou
Today we transfer you to the airport for your flight to Jiuzhaigou. We then enjoy sightseeing to the Huanglong Scenic & Historic Interest Area.
Day 11: Jiuzhaigou
Today we continue the sightseeing of this area and visit the Jiuzhaigou Valley, Valley scenic and historic areas.
Day 12: Jiuzhaigou - Xi'an
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Xian. Here you will be collected and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 13: Xi'an
Before visiting the Terracotta Warrior archaeological site, we visit a workshop where we see the process used to create the terracotta figurines. In battle formation, the Terracotta Warriors are one of China’s most awesome sights. We also visit the Wild goose pagoda.
Day 14: Xi'an - Guilin
Today we continue our sightseeing in Xian and visit the Muslim Street, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Xian City Wall with bicycle. The you will transfer to the airport for your flight to Guilin. Arrival and transfer to your hotel.
Day 15: Guilin
This morning you pay a visit to The Reed Flute Cave. Within the cave there are enchanting stalagmites, stone pillars, stele, stone curtains and stone flowers. Then we continue on to Elephant Trunk Hill Located at the confluence of the Taohua (Peach Blossom) River and the Li River. Then we also visit Fubu hill, Folded brocade hill, and a calligraphy and painting gallery.
Day 16: Guilin - Yangshuo
This morning your Li River cruise departs from downtown Guilin for a full days excursion.. The 90 Km Li River cruise is the centerpiece of any trip to northeastern Guangxi Province. Gorgeous Karst peaks give you surprises at each bend of the limpid river under the blue sky. Bear witness to rural China as peasants reap rice paddies, school kids and fisherman float by on bamboo rafts. Arrival into Yangshuo. Tonight you enjoy a Kung Fu experience in Yangshou.
Day 17: Yangshuo
Today we transfer you back to Guilin, enjoying the countryside on the way. We will transfer you to the airport where your on the go arrangements will end.
