Day 2: Amman - Petra
Drive to visit Madaba, Mt, Nebo, legendary site from which Moses viewed the Promised Land. Then, drive to visit the ruins and beautiful mosaics of Umm ar-Rassas. Continue south to Petra for overnight. Overnight - Toledo
Day 3: Petra
Welcome to the Rose City! Access to the city on our guided exploration is through the famous narrow, deep siq. The rocks then give way to the most amazing site – that of the fantastically impressive Treasury. Walking down the gravel tracks, we’ll explore the ancient Nabatean tombs and the Roman rock-carved streets lined with temples, royal tombs, staircases, arched gates, public buildings and more the intrepid can ascend to Ad Deir better known as the monestery. Day 4: Petra - Wadi Rum
Second day touring in Petra with the entry by Madras. In the afternoon, drive to Wadi Rum for a jeep tour. Wadi Rum is a vast, silent landscape of ancient riverbeds, pastel coloured stretches of sandy desert and amazing eroded rock formations that rise from the desert floor, The region is also home to semi-nomadic Bedouin living in their great goat hair tents tonight, we enjoy a Jordanian dinner tonight at your camp. Day 5: Wadi Rum - Madaba
Breakfast at the campsite. Drive to visit Karak Crusader Castle. Descend to the Dead Sea, lowest point on the earth’s surface, for a chance to swim in the buoyant mineral rich waters of the world’s oldest spa. Lunch at the Dead Sea hotel, and then drive to Madaba for overnight. Overnight - Tourist camp
