Had a great tour with my son. We had a few issues with delayed flights into Moscow and Bella did a fantastic job of ensuring we still had somebody to meet us at the airport. Hotel was comfortable although food was a bit average. Our guide on day 2 (Sergei) was very knowledgeable and helped us get last minutes tickets to the ballet which we had not anticipated being able to get.
My Son and I would like to say a big thank you to Mikhail who showed us around on the 3rd day we really do appreciate his time and he made us feel most welcome in Moscow and made sure we got to see all the sites we wanted to see. We would recommend Bella and her team and the 4 day tour if you only have a couple of days free to visit Moscow.”
I must say that I really enjoyed the tour. The accommodation was top-notch, the meals were pleasant and the transportation well suited for our needs. Our guide was very nice and professional and ensured that we were safe and comfortable all throughout the journey. I would definitely recommend On the Go tours to others.”
Excellent, Olga our tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. Always prepared to do that bit extra to make this the best trip I can remember being on.”
