Had the best time on this private tour. Our guide Vasily was very very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped enormously in order for me to get great photos. Took some with his camera and emailed them to me after. Great work

Had an amazing experience walking the streets of Moscow with Alina. She is very knowledgeable on details regarding key monuments, structures and historical events in the city. Great conversationalist, kept me engaged the whole time. It was a very fun three hour tour with her, she even offered to guide me on how to take the underground metro back to hotel at the conclusion of our tour, which I liked very much. I highly recommend.

Kate was great! It was Moscow's birthday the day I arrived and Red Square was packed! Kate tried her best in getting us front row for the firework show but they set them off elsewhere in which there was really no way of telling where, but it was a great tour especially when I had just arrived in the country earlier that afternoon!

An amazing experience! Anna collected me from my hotel and spent the next 3 hours showing me all the sights I wanted to see in this amazing city. Her knowledge was outstanding but far more importantly, she was a delight to spend time with. My childhood dream had always been to see St. Basils Cathedral lit up in the evening and so Anna planned our tour so that this was our last stop. I am so glad that I booked the tour and so grateful to Anna for her expertise and kindness.

We changed our Russia plans last minute to add a one day stop in Moscow. Given that you need to get tix for all these things (kremlin, armory, diamonds) and they are sold out well in advance, there was no other way to make all of this happen. This trip was like a magic wand that solved the problem.

Kate nicest tour guide ever!! picked me up in my hotel lobby precisely at the arranged time and showed me some amazing spots other than the not-to-be-missed Red Square. All the places we visited were selected reflected a very good taste from Kate and her explanations were meaningful and passionate. Unfortunately I needed to have a mere 3-hour visit, but she cleatly made the most of it and we met the schedule right on time. It was a small miracle to see so many wonderful spots and views in such a short period of time. So I ended up feeling really sorry for having such a little time available and I promised myself to go back to Moscow with more available time... and of course to book an extended tour with Friendly Guides! This visit clearly exceeded my expectactions! Congratulations and Thank you so much!

Tanya picked us up at our hotel and took us through the Moscow subways which are quite beautiful and we could have stayed for hours to Red Square and the surrounding areas. We had a great time walking through the city, learning about different neighborhoods, squares and buildings as well as taking some fantastic pictures of people and buildings. She was very accommodating and helpful. Seeing the city at night is a great way to avoid some of the tourist crowds. I highly recommend it.

What a way to see Moscow by night. In winter, every single light is lit up. Christmas displays are stunning, the Red Square is buzzing with an electrifying ambience and the snow makes it very special. I can highly recommend this tour if you want to see Moscow from a different perspective!

The evening tour was a sparkling experience. I had just arrived in Moscow that afternoon, never been there before, and thought this short, evening tour would be very informative. Victoria was super, she had an excitement to her presentation that was infectious. She was very personable, and enjoyed showing off her city. And who could blame her, the city of Moscow must have every building in the old city lit up where it was almost as if it was daylight. I took one of the best pictures of St. Basils that night, with all the other buildings showing themselves off with great pride. Victoria's personality allowed us to talk freely back and forth discussing many issues of history, the why's and what if's any country goes thru while growing up. A most enjoyable evening spent with Victoria and her wealth of knowledge of her beautiful city!!!

We had just checked into the Peter I hotel after our flight from Texas and the tour guide was waiting in the lobby when we came down at 7pm. The Peter I is centrally located so the three hour walking tour allowed us to get an overview of the central Moscow cultural sites like the Kremlin and Bolshoi areas.
